About Celebration Town Center
Celebration Town Center is the shopping and dining heart of Celebration, the Disney-built master-planned town 30 minutes southwest of Orlando. Designed in the 1990s to evoke a classic American small town — turn-of-the-century storefronts, porch-lined residential streets, and a central lake — the district offers a distinctly different shopping experience from Disney Springs just a few minutes up I-4. Shopping is concentrated along Front Street and Market Street, skewing toward independent boutiques, home goods, wine shops, specialty gifts, a florist, and a handful of galleries. You won't find big-box names here; the tenant mix is deliberately curated, and a small lineup of sit-down restaurants with lakeside patios gives the district a lingering, European-town-square pace rather than a shop-and-leave rhythm. A fountain plaza and the boardwalk along Lake Rianhard are popular for an evening stroll. Celebration is best known among locals for its seasonal events, including the long-running "Now Snowing" artificial snowfall every evening from Thanksgiving through New Year's and a fall leaf-drop that brings a hint of New England to Central Florida. Parking is free in the surface lots and garage, and the district pairs naturally with a meal at one of the lakeside restaurants before heading back toward Disney or downtown Orlando.
